Celebrating his 20-year tenure, Biondi completed SLU's two largest building projects, both of which were billed as cornerstones for his plan to transform SLU into the finest Catholic university in the country.

The creation of a polling place in the Bush Student Center at Saint Louis University has resulted in a wave of student voter registrations. Many of these students registered with the help of SLU Students for Voters' Rights, a group dedicated to registering voters on campus.

Saint Louis University's Great Issues Committee will bring political analyst Paul Begala to campus on Wednesday, Oct. 22. Begala was an architect of Bill Clinton's presidential campaign in 1992 and served as an adviser in the Clinton White House. Currently a professor at the University of Georgia and a research fellow at Georgetown University, Begala has also worked as a commentator for CNN and as a consultant on many political campaigns, both in the United States and internationally.
